The People - Richard Hilleard: Australian Remote Viewing Unit
Richard Hilleard - Remote Viewer RICHARD HILLEARD

Australian Remote Viewing Unit

The Australian R V Unit is founded to promote the Remote Viewing Skill in Australia. Based near Perth in West Australia, general lectures about this subject will be given by R. Hilleard at Murdoch University in Rockingham.

Richard Hilleard has been trained as a Remote Viewer by former US army Major Ed Dames. After his training he returned to the US to do the advanced training course. These lectures will explain the concept of Remote Viewing and the possible application of RV in the daily life or work environment. The lectures will not teach you how to do RV-sessions! For personal training and workshop information here in Australia, please the learn RV button at the top.

What is Remote Viewing?

Remote Viewing is a procedure developed by parapsychologists and gifted psychic individuals, at Stanford Research Institute [SRI] in Menlo park, California, US. The procedure allows anyone to gather information about anything, in past, present or future. Even people who think they are as psychic as a brick can learn this skill! So in short...Remote Viewing is not a Psychic ability, Remote Viewing is a teachable skill that will allow you to use the natural Psi ability.

Natural gifted psychics who encounter a lot of spontaneous Psi events, can learn to steer, control and use their gift with these procedures and protocols.

Over 25 years of Psi research and RV development

Sponsored by the CIA the initial research program was called SCANATE [scan by coordinate] this started in the 1970's at SRI. Over the years many other classified projects were launched. Names like GRILL FLAME, CENTERLANE, SUN STREAK and STAR GATE were used for these then classified projects. In 1995 the CIA admitted to the involvement in and the sponsoring of the Remote Viewing research and development due to the publication of the documentary film ' The Real X files' in 1995.

Examples of potential and current RV applications

   1. Location and condition of missing person or object
    2. Indicating the cause of event or disaster
    3. Future effects of particular event (global warming)
    4. Historical events and information
    5. Solving cold cases or mysteries
    6. Finding missing technical data
    7. Medical diagnosis
    8. Medical research
    9. Finding leads in criminal investigation
    10. Determine the use of archaeological objects
    11. Locating mineral or petroleum deposits
    12. Self exploration and personal growth

Remote Viewer reliability

An individual Remote Viewer usually has an accuracy of approx. 80%. A group of Remote Viewers who have collaborating data in their sessions are usually correct. This contributes to the usability of this powerful tool in daily life and work.

Personal development

During their Remote Viewing sessions people will discover an entirely new dimension and it will result in being more aware of any kind of sensory perception. Most people will become more aware of their daily surroundings and they will suddenly take notice of things they used to walk passed. It also enhances creativity and creative expression. Several Remote Viewing training sessions will enhance the ability to give accurate descriptions of what you perceive, not just in the sessions, but in every day life as well! Another positive side effect of Remote Viewing is expanded awareness and mental focus.

Remote Viewing like any skill takes time and practice but it has many benefits for those who practice.
