HISTORY IN THE MAKING?
Lloyd Pye has put the Starchild skull through eight years of scientific testing aimed at determining its genetic heritage. Each of those test results points to the same inescapable conclusion: the Starchild is not entirely of earthly origin.
 2003. The University of California at Davis. Geneticists find that its mitochondrial DNA, passed only along the female line, is easy to recover on the first attempt. This means its cells are not degraded and should produce an equally easy recovery of its nuclear DNA, passed though both parents.
In multiple attempts, the Starchild’s nuclear DNA could not be recovered. This meant its father’s nuclear DNA was not responding to the “human-only” primers used for recovery. This was a strong indication—but not absolute proof—that its father was not entirely human, if human at all, and the Starchild may well be confirmed as a human-alien hybrid.
Confirmation can and will come via a recent breakthrough technology from 454 Life Sciences, a company that in 2006 introduced a radical new DNA recovery technique that does not use primers. Soon this technology will tell us once and for all if the Starchild skull is, or is not, entirely human.
